"The Kenites'

1 Chronicles 2:55  And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez: the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.

It is written in (2Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.). Please do not believe what I say, or what any other man says. Strive for mastery (2 Timothy 2:3-6 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.). If you just read God`s Word, and do not, do any checking for yourself, you have failed the call of Christianity. God has written a personal letter to you, and it is your responsibility to dig into it. Do you have time for God, or do the “pressures” of life weigh to heavily on your shoulders? It is too late in "the day" for that kind of attitude. Check it out for yourself, the tools are there. Look at it this way. If you are in school, do you think your instructor will give you a passing grade if you never study? How could you pass the final exam if you never open the text book. Yet people think it is ok, to not study the Bible. However I can assure you that, the “big final exam” is not far off (Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.). Just listening to man will get you a big fat failing "D" for “Deceived.” How are you fixed for test answers?

Lets us go first to the words of the Lord Jesus in (Matthew 13:24-30 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.). “Tares” in the Greek is (Zizanion), which is defined as a “false grain.”

Matthew 13:33-40 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world. Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. “Seed” in the Greek is (Sper-mah), which is defined as the male "sperm."

It is written in (Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.). The word count in the Greek is (Psay-fos) an means, a pebble as worn smooth by handling. A pebble is made smooth over a long period of time. The word “six” in the Greek is (Stigma), which means a “mark” or “incised” used for “recognition of ownership.”

The words imply that the calculation is possible but difficult. The task is generally undertaken on the assumption that the problem is to be solved by calculation: by reckoning after the manner of the Hebrews and Greeks, who had no Arabic numerals, a letter as being put for the corresponding number for which it stood. But this is enumeration, not computation: and the vast number of names which have been thus formed forbid us either to increase the number, or to select from it. The clue is to be found in the statement that it is the number of a “man.”

Now “three” is the Divine number. “Seven” is the number of the Spirit. “Eight” is the Dominical number, and so on. But “Six” (with its multiples) is peculiarly man`s number. It is first mention in connection with man (for man was created on the sixth day). Six therefore, is to man what the “hall-mark,” is to silver. It is man`s “hall-mark”: stamping everything which it is used in connection with as pertaining to man. The defiers of God have been so stamped. Goliath was six cubits in height, his spear`s head weighed six shekels, and he had six pieces of armor.

Nebuchadrezzar`s Image was sixty cubits in height, and six cubits wide: and six instruments of music summoned its worshippers.

The number (666) has moreover, another remarkable property. It is marked by the triple concentration or essence of six, being the sum of the number which make up the square of six.

But the great significance of this number is seen when we remember that the secret symbol of the great ancient pagan mysteries was (SSS) or (666): and that today it is the secret connecting link between them and their revival in Spiritualism and Theosophy which aim is the union of all religions in one.

The number six is a mark invented by the Greeks to represent (6). They called it (Stigma) and it is not without significance that, as associated with man, the word has come to be used in a bad sense.

Stigma is a sign usually made on the body, especially on the forehead and hand by branding, on slaves, or soldiers. It was especially used as a symbol of the god whom they served, (Leviticus 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD. Galatians 6:17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.).

The Lord Jesus tells us of the “bad seed”, which the enemy “sowed,” the “tares,” the “false grain,” those who claim to be “Jews,” and the “pebbles” wormed smooth over a along period of time, having a “mark” or “incise” used for “recognition.” To understand this we must go back to “Genesis,” the beginning of all prophecy.

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtlef than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? We need to identify and fine out who or what this serpent is, that caused the woman to question the Word of God, and we fine the answer in (Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.).

Genesis 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: The woman having omitted the word “freely,” from what God had said. Compare, (Genesis 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:).

Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. “The woman having added the word “touch,” and altered the certainty “thou shall surely die,” into the contingency “lest ye die.” Compare what God said, (Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.).

In Genesis 2:16, “God had commanded the man to freely eat of all the trees,” but in Genesis 2:17, “God commands the man not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil”. It appears as if these two verses contradict each other, which should draw the readers attention to further investigate the lack of harmony between the two verses. The Hebrew word rendered “tree” in Genesis 2:16 is (Ates), which means “wood.” The Hebrew word rendered “tree” in Genesis 2:17 is (Aw-tseh), and is defined, as the back bone, the spine, “to close the eyes shut.” God often referred to His people as trees (Judges the 9th chapter). Judges 9:8 The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us.

 

Note the “three trees,” (Genesis 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil). (1). “every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food.” (2). “the tree of life.” (3). “the tree of knowledge of good and evil.”

(1).“Trees for food.” Essential nutriment for the flesh body. (2). The “tree of life.” Supporting and continuing the life which had been imparted. (3). The “tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” “Knowledge,” Man`s ruin. “Good and evil.” equal man`s “sense” or “perception.” “Obedience proving what is “good,” (Deuteronomy 6:24 And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.). Disobedience, revealing what was “evil,” (Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.). The tree of life is “the Holy Spirit,” (James 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.), and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is “Satan.” He knows good, but he is evil. The word “touch,” in the Hebrew is (Nuga) (naw-gah), which means, to “lie with a women.”

Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: Satan`s second utterance, the contradiction of God`s Word, (Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.). This has become the foundation of “Spiritualism,” and “Traditional” belief as to death.

Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. This is the foundation of Satan`s second lie, “The immanence of God in man.”

Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.). “Good for food,” (1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.). Compare (Matthew 4:3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.). Pleasant to the “eyes,” compare (Matthew 4:5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,). Eat in the Hebrew is (Akal), and it figuratively means to (lay).

Genesis 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. They knew before, but their knowledge now received a new meaning. Adam became “naked” by losing something of Elohim`s glorious “likeness,” (Romans 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:). Webster defines “Fig Leaves,” as to conceal the genitals of a nude. The man made covering contrasted in structure with the God`s made clothing, (Genesis 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.). “Naked” in the Hebrew is (Aram), which means to make bare through the opening of the senses, through the idea. “Opened” in the Hebrew is (Paqach), which means to open the senses.

Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. God`s three attributes, (1). Omniscience, all knowing. (2). Omnipresence, everywhere. (3). Omnipotence, all power.

Genesis 3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? The first question in the Old Testament comes from “God” to the “sinner.” Compare the first question of the New Testament of the seeking sinner, “Where is He?” (Matthew 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.).

Genesis 3:10-11 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

Genesis 3:12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. This “word” woman in the Hebrew is (Ishshah), and means “adulteress.” Characteristic of fallen man (Job 31:33 If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:). Hence, (Deuteronomy 13:6 If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;). Thou gave. Implying blame to God as well as to his wife.

Genesis 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. The word “beguiled” in the Hebrew is (Nasha), which means, to seduce. In the Greek “beguiled” is (Ex-op-at-ah-o), which means, to wholly seduce. (2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. The word transformed in the Greek is (Metaschematizo), which means “disguise.”

Genesis 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: A figure of speech, implying the utmost humiliation, utterly defeated.

Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. It is “Christ.” The corruption of this in the Vulgate into “she” lies at the root to be taken in singular. The Septuagint, i.e. “Christ.” This is the first great promise and prophecy. (Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.). “Seed” in the Hebrew is (Zera), which means “Child.” God says, that He will put enmity between Satan`s “child,” and the woman`s “Child.” The word “enmity” in the Hebrew is (Eybah), which means “hostility,” or “hatred.”

Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. “Conception” in the Hebrew is (Herown), which means pregnancy. In the Septuagint it says, “you shall bear sons in sorrow.”

Genesis 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. “Knew” in the Hebrew pertaining to this verse is (Yaw-dah), which means, to lie by man. “Man from the Lord.” This word man in the Hebrew is (Iysh), which means a great or man of high degree (Psalm 62:9 Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.).

Genesis 4:2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. “Again” in the Hebrew is (Yacaph), which means, to continue. Eve continued in labor. She bore twins. Not “identical,” but “fraternal.” Fraternal means the developed from separately fertilized ova and thus having hereditary characteristics not necessarily the same. The same mother, but different fathers. “Cain” is “Satan`s son,” and “Abel” is “Adam`s son,” (1 John 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.).

“Cain” in the Hebrew is (Qayin), and means the name of the first child, and of a Oriental tribe, (Kenite). He is the father of the “Kenites.” From the prime (Qanah), to create, to procure by purchase (sell): to own: buyer, teach to keep cattle, get provoke to jealousy, possess, purchase. It is written in the Book of Enoch 22:6-8 Then I inquired of Raphael, an angel who was with me, and said: Whose spirit is that, the voice of which reaches to heaven, and accuses? He answered, saying: This is the spirit of Abel, who was slain by Cain his brother: and he will accurse him, until his seed be destroyed from the face of the earth. Until his seed perish from the seed of the human race.

Now a brief summary;

(a). We noted the three classification of trees in (Genesis 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.).

(b). We noted that the “serpent” is Satan, (Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.).

(c). We noted that the word “touch,” in the Hebrew is “Naga,” which means to lie with a woman.

(d).We learned that there was a “child conceived” in the garden (Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.), and that Cain`s father is Satan (1 John 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.).

(e). We learned that the word “again” in the Hebrew is (Yacaph), which means, to continue. That Eve continue in labor, and bore twins: not identical, but fraternal, the same mother, but different fathers.

(f). It should also be noted, that the breeding between flesh man, and spiritual beings produce “Giants.”

It is written in the Book of (Enoch 15:1-10 The addressing me, He spoke and said: Hear, neither be afraid, O Enoch, O righteous man, and scribe of righteousness: approach hither, and hear my voice. Go, say to the Watchers of heaven, who have sent thee to pray for them: You ought to pray for men, and not men for you. Wherefore have you forsaken the lofty and holy heaven, which endures for ever, and have lain with women: have defiled yourselves with the daughters of men: have taken to yourselves wives: have acted like the sons of the earth, and have begotten giants ? You being spiritual, holy, and living a life which is eternal, have polluted yourselves with women: have begotten in carnal blood: have lusted in the blood of men: and have done as those who are flesh blood do. These however die and perish. Therefore have I given to them wives, that they might cohabit with them: that sons might be born to them, and that this might be transacted upon earth. But you from beginning were made spiritual, living a life which is eternal, and not subject to death in all the generations of the world. Therefore I made not wives for you, because being spiritual, your dwelling is in heaven. Now the giants, who have been born of flesh and of spirit, shall call upon earth evil spirits, and on earth shall be their habitation. Evil spirits shall proceed from their flesh, because they were created from above: from the holy Watchers was their beginning and primary foundation. Evil spirits shall be upon earth, and the spirits of the wicked shall they be called. The habitation of the spirits of heaven shall be in heaven: but upon earth shall be the habitation of terrestrial spirits, who are born in earth. The spirit of the giants shall be like clouds, which shall oppress, corrupt, fall, contend, and bruise upon earth. They shall cause lamentation. No food shall they eat: and they shall be thirsty: they shall be concealed, and those spirits shall rise up against the sons of men, and against women: for they come forth from them during the days of slaughter and destruction.

Enoch 18:16 The stars which roll over fire are those which transgressed the commandment of God before their time arrived: for they came not in their proper season. Therefore was He offended with them, and bound them, until the period of the consummation of their crime in the secret year. Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Genesis 4:8-9 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?

Genesis 4:10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground. Blood in the Hebrew is (Dawn), which means “perish,” and denoting his posterity also, (Matthew 23:35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.).

Genesis 4:11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand; The manuscript says, “and now you are cursed more than the ground which opened its mouth to receive your brother`s blood from your hand.” Note, (Genesis 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;).

Genesis 4:12-13 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. This word punishment in the Hebrew is (Avon), which means “iniquity.” And reads in the manuscripts “Is mine iniquity to great to be forgiven? As stated also in the Septuagint.

Genesis 4:14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. The first word rendered earth in this verse, in the Hebrew is (Adamah), which means “the man Adam.” “Thou has driven me out this day from the face of Adam, or the (“Adamites“).

Genesis 4:15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him. Vagabond in the Hebrew is (Nuwd), which means (to wander). The word mark in the Hebrew is (Owth), which means a signal, as a flag, or prodigy evidence. The mark was the word “vagabond.” (Acts 19:13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.).

Genesis 4:16 And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. Nod in the Hebrew is (Nowd), an means the land of “Cain.” To understand this, one must be familiar with the “sixth” day, and the “eighth” day creations of man.

It is important to note that the posterity of Cain comes in the “First generations of the heavens and the earth:” and not in “the book of the generations of Adam.”

The posterity of Seth commences with “the generations of Adam:” showing that the two accounts are distinct, and deal with two different subjects. If one was to closely examine the genealogy of the children of Cain, and the children of Adam, they will fine that the names are pretty close, but different.

Cain`s first son was Enoch (Genesis 4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.). Adam`s Enoch is clearly stated in (Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,). Adam`s genealogy is given in Genesis the 5th chapter. One will also notice that there is no place for “Cain.”

Genesis 7:4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. The word earth in the Hebrew pertaining to this verse is (Erets), which means (Nation). The nation of the “Adamites,” descendants of Adam.

It is often taught that the flood was world wide. The Smith`s Bible Dictionary has an outstanding study on Noah`s flood.

The was flood was necessary because the Adamites, descendants of Adam, had become mixed with the “fallen angels” (Genesis 6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.). Only Noah and his family had preserved their pedigree pure from Adam. All the rest had become “corrupt,” destroyed as “Adamites.” The only remedy was to destroy them (“the Adamites”) as they had become destroyed.

The “Kenites’ (Sons of Cain) were not destroyed in the flood. They can be traced throughout the “Word of God” (Genesis 15:19 The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, Numbers 24:21 And he looked on the Kenites, and took up his parable, and said, Strong is thy dwellingplace, and thou puttest thy nest in a rock. Numbers 24:22 Nevertheless the Kenite shall be wasted, until Asshur shall carry thee away captive. Judges 1:16 And the children of the Kenite, Moses’ father in law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which lieth in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt among the people. Judges 4:11 Now Heber the Kenite, which was of the children of Hobab the father in law of Moses, had severed himself from the Kenites, and pitched his tent unto the plain of Zaanaim, which is by Kedesh. Judges 4:17 Howbeit Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite: for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite. Judges 5:24 Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent. 1 Samuel 15:6 And Saul said unto the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye showed kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites. 1 Samuel 27:10 And Achish said, Whither have ye made a road to day? 1 Chronicles 2:55 And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab. This verse must be “carefully analyzed,” because it holds the key to the identity, and one of the occupations of the “Kenites.”

The first part of the chapter was a listing of the genealogy of the tribe of Judah. The “Kenite” scribes had attached themselves on to this genealogy as being of the tribe of Judah themselves. Note also that the name of the “Kenites” is changed to the house of “Rechab.” This is in important, because from hence, they are known as “Rechabites.”

The “Kenites” or “Rechabites” are scribes. They keep track of records. Do you remember the mark that was given to Cain before he went to dwell in the land of Nod, (Genesis 4:12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. Acts 19:13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.).

Jeremiah 35:2 Go unto the house of the Rechabites, and speak unto them, and bring them into the house of the LORD, into one of the chambers, and give them wine to drink. The “Rechabites” are the same as the house of Rechab, (1 Chronicles 2:55 And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.).

Jeremiah 35:3 Then I took Jaazaniah the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habaziniah, and his brethren, and all his sons, and the whole house of the Rechabites; Jeremiah took the Kenites into the house of God, and set wine before them as God had commanded.

Jeremiah 35:6 But they said, We will drink no wine: for Jonadab the son of Rechab our father commanded us, saying, Ye shall drink no wine, neither ye, nor your sons for ever: This is very interesting. Their father had commanded them not to drink wine. Our Father commands us to drink when we partake of communion. Of course Satan would not want his children taking part of the communion of Jesus Christ. In order for that to happen, it would mean that somewhere, the Kenite had met salvation. Then they would be no more Satan`s children. They would then belong through adoption, children of God.

Jeremiah 35:7 Neither shall ye build house, nor sow seed, nor plant vineyard, nor have any: but all your days ye shall dwell in tents; that ye may live many days in the land where ye be strangers. Do not build any houses? They cannot, they are wanderers. Do not sow seed, or plant vineyards? They cannot, the earth will not produce for them. They are under the curse of Cain, (Genesis 4:12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.). What about this land where they are strangers? It was the land of Judah. They claim to be of Judah, but they are not.

Matthew 23:2 Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: Moses was the vessel that God chose to give the law. Scribe in the Greek is (Gramma), which means, professionally a writer, i.e. a letter, note, epistle, book, scripture. Pharisees in the Greek is (Pharisaios), which means a separatist, i.e. exclusively religious. The word Pharisees is the Hebrew word for one who was separated by special beliefs and practices, which were very strict, as to tithing and eating, (Matthew 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Luke 18:12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.). It was for this reason the the Lord was upbraided by the Pharisees (Matthew 9:9 And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him. Matthew 11:19 The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children. Mark 2:16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners? Luke 5:30 But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners? Luke 7:34 The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners!). Doctrinally, they held that the oral law was necessary to complete and explain the written law: hence, the strong denunciations of the Lord. Moreover, they held the natural immortality of man. This sect had no existence, as such till the return from Babylon.

Most of these Pharisees were “Kenites,” whom had taken over the house of God, after the return from Babylon. They were called “Nethinims,” Ezra the 2nd chapter. Nathinims in the Hebrew is (Nathiyn) and means temple servants (as given to duty). They originally worked their way into the house of God in, Joshua the 9th chapter, (Joshua 9:27 And Joshua made them that day hewers of wood and drawers of water for the congregation, and for the altar of the LORD, even unto this day, in the place which he should choose.).

Matthew 23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. The scribes and Pharisees are handing out the law to the people, not Moses. Twisting God`s law and making a few laws of their own. Jesus was saying, observe to do the laws they command you, but do not their work. Do not be like them. We are to obey the law of the land so that it will be well for us. Just do not be like them. This was not only governmental law, but also religious law

Matthew 23:4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. This sound like slave labor. These great religious people will make you do all the work, but they will get the credit.

Matthew 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. The word hypocrite in the Greek is (Hupokrites), which means acting. The “Kenites” are playing church. These Kenites “the scribes” and “Pharisees” are playing church. Handing out the doctrinal laws for you to follow, telling you what to believe and keeping the church records. The word suffer is better translated, “allow.” They do not allow the truth to be taught in their church houses. They will keep you away from the knowledge, (Luke 11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.). They will however, give you many traditions to follow.

Matthew 23:33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? “Serpent.” Well, they are all Satan`s children. It is no wonder that Christ called them “serpents.” The word generation in the Greek is (Gennema), which means (offspring). The Lord Jesus was calling the “scribes” and “Pharisees” the offspring of “vipers.”

John 8:33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? We are of father Abraham, we have never been in bondage. Yet they seem to over look all that happen to the children of Israel in the Old Testament. They were in bondage many times. Jesus went on to say that you are of Abraham, but that is because Abraham was made the father of all living. Like Eve was the mother of all living, though the races were created on the “6th” day. It was because that through them, from umbilical cord to umbilical cord, that Christ would come. That is why Eve was called the mother of all living.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Their father is the devil. The scribes and Pharisees also keep their father`s lust and does them.

John 8:45-46 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? Jesus was saying, you are the offspring of Satan, this is the truth. Yet you are so stewed in your traditions, you do not believe me. Note, who answered Jesus these things. It was the Jews. Now remember about the people who claim to be Jews and are not but lie. (Revelation 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Revelation 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.).

The Lord Jesus, himself warned about the Kenites and has told us what they do. They will lie, cheat, steal and kill. All in the name of religion. They are also still in the seat of Moses. These Kenites have invaded religion, education, government, and financial institutions.

Zechariah 1:18 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. Horn in the Hebrew is (Qeren), which means power. There are four powers which control man, (1). political (2). educational (3). religion (4). economical).

Man today, do not know what is truth. The world is dark, and the Holy Bible is the only light in it. Speculation, imagination, reason, and philosophy have no part nor lot here: they have no value whatever in answering the question, “what is truth.”

The Lord Jesus said in (Mark 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.).
